Your Personal Data may be collected by us or a business partner, such as Qualtrics, in connection with our website and Services.

  • We will collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide us, for example, when you request information in relation to our Services or register for our Newsletter or other Social Media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn). We may also collect Personal Data when you sign up for marketing emails, events, or other opportunities through us. Personal Data may contain your name, email, contact information, company name, job title, employment history and location.

  • We will also collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us in connection with our Services (e.g. The Inclusive Leadership Inventory). Personal Data may include your name, email, contact information, company name, job title, location, employee ID, business unit, preferred language, gender, race and employee and team performance data. The collection and processing of special categories of personal data relating to an individual’s demographic background, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs and sexual orientation, along with an individual’s gender, will only be done with the explicit consent of that individual.

  • Billing and transactional information pursuant to your use of our Services.

  • Information regarding your use of the website or our Services.

  • Statistics and information on your use of the website and our Services, including your broad geographic location and other technical data collected through cookies other similar technologies.

  • To provide other customer services in accordance with the contract with your organization.

We may share Your Personal Data with third parties as follows:

4.1 Service Providers.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties, such as vendors and service providers who help with billing, payment processing, marketing, data analytics support and service associated with our Website or Services.

4.2 Affiliates, subcontractors and business providers

We may share your Personal Data with our business partners, including Qualtrics (our Inclusive Leadership Compass platform provider), and subcontractors (e.g. executive coaches), in connection with our Services. Our business partners are responsible for managing the use of Personal Data collected in these circumstances.

We may also share some or all your Personal Data with subsidiaries or companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Notice.

4.3 Employers

In the context of our Services, we may share your Personal Data with your employer where this is required under our contract with it. If this is the case, we will advise you prior to you sharing your Personal Data with us.

4.4 Compliance With Laws and For Other Legitimate Business Purposes.

We may share your Personal Data when we believe disclosure is necessary or required by law, regulation, to protect users, the integrity of the website or to defend or exercise our legal rights.
